“I visited the dealership and the salesperson, Chris, was very nice, although he seemed very unsure of himself and kept having to excuse himself every few minutes to seek out answers to questions I would ask. The truck was close but not exactly what I was looking for. So, I looked at a similar vehicle, and they started shooting my credit out, even though I asked them to only send it to Cap One, because I was pre-approved. They showed me an offer sheet, which I still have in my possession and approval from Cap One, at 7.79% for 75 months, although on the vehicle we switched from I was going for the 5.11% for 48 months. They then offered me 5.54% for 60 months from US Bank. They also had a $3,995.00 doc fee. In all they ran my credit through 4 lenders, after I left the dealership. I sold vehicles for several years, and was totally appalled at the very unprofessional actions distributed that day. They were very desperate to sell me a vehicle. 0 stars less if possible. ”
